Day Four

Current goal: Clean eating for one week
Starting weight: 130 lbs.
Morning weigh in: 127 lbs.
Goal: 120 lbs.
Pounds to go: 7 lbs.
Allotted calories for the day: 1200 calories
Calories eaten: 1159 calories
Water consumption: 5 cups

Breakfast:

Boost Protein Powder
1 c. 1% milk

Lunch:

1-egg veggie omelet

Snack 1:

1 oz. almonds

Dinner:

Fried egg sandwich on wheat

Snack 2:

Plain oatmeal
1 c. fresh cherries

Today's workout: PiYo by Chakene Johnson, define lower workout




How I feel at the end of the day:

No chocolate cravings around. This clean eating has done wonders for me so far and I'm down 3 lbs.
