How I feel at the end of the day:

I am honestly surprised I haven't given up my goal yet. Like many other Americans, I've tried so many different workouts and diets with no results, but I hadn't really given them a chance. I either got bored eating rabbit food or a cookie stared at me too long. This time around I'm a little more informed on what to eat to feel full and not give into my chocolate cravings. I also find I'm not as tired as usual. I craved chocolate the most when I could barely keep my eyes open. Taking doses of prenatal vitamins and vitamin D help me in that department as well.

How I feel:

The stabbing pain from yesterday obviously paid off. Down 2 lbs today, which is the most I've lost in one day for a very long time. My soreness from running the half marathon last weekend is gone thanks to the yoga session last night and I'm riding on a high of eating healthy and seeing instant results. I know this may not always be the case, but it sure is a good start.

How I feel at the end of the day:

Every once in a while I forget I'm allergic to celery, because I only eat it maybe twice a year. I keep hoping something will change and I won't have a numb tongue or stabbing knife pain in my gut. Today was not one of those days. However, when the pain subsided, I found I'd eaten all my calories for the day and I didn't have a craving for chocolate. It was there on the counter, staring at me,  tempting me, but I just kept on walking. Yay me.
